no jb the server is working fine i just downloaded toyota/lexus/scion software with no problems try it again -

Was able to download toyota after a few tries but lexus/scion will not. Tried several
times w/ no luck. Just getting download failed message, maybe server overloaded? -

yes that is possible most people are home by now and probably on line that also slows the internet connetion a bit i have founded to be best in the morning works much faster good luck -

Still unable to download updates and also won't check for O.S. updates either, I have
tried other networks as well with same results. Need support to help or I will give them
a call when I can. Will keep posted. -

What os version do you have it should be v01.02.01 if yours have that your ok if not
that needs to be downloaded first look in system settings under tablet let me know -

Also are you able to use the internet with the tablet like going into another website

Yes it is the current os version, and I can use google chrome without any problems. I
am not sure what to do from here as I am not the best at computers or android
devices. But I know enough to get myself in trouble!! -

ok so there is no problem with your internet do this uninstall toyota from the main screen click on data manager then click on app find the toyota app click on it mark it then click on the recycle bin on top left that will delete it then go back to updates see if that works also while your there you can uninstall any vehicle make your not using the table will work a bit faster
